And while I may be spending most of my time these days soaking up the maximum amount of holiday cheer, it doesn't mean I still won't make time to put you in prime position to cash in on this weekend's games. Granted my psychic powers have been a little off the last 2 weeks as I've begun to limp down the back stretch, but with the new year approaching, I feel I can pull it back together and give you a week 17 that's more reflective of my impressive 2008 performance...

Pretty much I've been taking the uber-selfish route. If all my picks do well, I'll count them towards my "Top Picks". If they tank again? Well then I'll flat out just pretend they never happened. Pretty Christmassy of me, huh? Hey. I figure it's the season of "giving", right? And I'm using this opportunity to give myself a break. Clever? No. Selfish? Yes. But that's just how I roll.
